How to Order

Making a purchase is very simple on this site. Log in, create an account if you have not done so previouslyand select which pattern you wish to have your Skibz made up in. Select the size and add them to your shopping basket. After you have completed your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for details thatwe need to be able to complete your order.

Back Orders

If a selected pattern design is not available, we will inform you via e-mail and you may choose another pattern design or alternatively cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order

Very simple just click the "view shopping basket" buttonto edit the contents of your shopping basket.

Guarantee

We hope you will be delighted with your SKibz. It is extremely important to us here at The Original SkibzWorkshop that every Skibz produced is to the highest quality. If for any reason you think the high quality finishis not so, you are welcome to return your Skibz within 14 days, unused in the original packaging for an exchangeor a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Confirmation of Order

After you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This information will contain what you have ordered and the total price.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with the quality of your purchased Skibz, just send it back within 14 days in its original packaging for an exchange or refund to: The Original Skibz Workshop,Greenlands Farm, Charlton Musgrove,Wincanton, Somerset. BA9 8EZ. Postage and packing is non-refundable.

Delivery

When you buy a Skibz you get quick and hassle free delivery. Our standard delivery charge is £1.00 per Skibz to all UK mainland addresses. If four or more Sibz are ordered delivery is free. Most orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class post. A signature is required. We will endeavor to process, pack and dispatch your order within 48 Hrs. Please allow 3 to 4 working days. We can also deliver to anywhere in the world and will find the most appropriate and economical means of dispatch for your order - please contact us for a quotation or call 0777 385 0472.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
