How to place an order

Making a purchase through our online store is very straight forward (and in English)

• Create an account/login into your existing account
• Select your choice of Skibz design and add it to your basket
• (if you would like to change your order, prior to checkout, please click “view basket” to amend your selection)
• When you have completed your selection, please click on "Checkout now"
• You will be asked to confirm your delivery information, click continue
• You will then be asked to confirm your order and will be redirected to the secure payments page operated by SecPay where you will be asked for your card details

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order by our secure payments provider SecPay and can be made using Mastercard, Visa Debit, Delta, Connect, Visa, Maestro, Solo or JCB plus PayPal. www.skibz.com will be shown against your purchase on your card statement.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Availability

In the unlikely event that the selected design is not available we will inform you via e-mail/telephone and offer you the option of choosing another design or cancelling your order. Should you decide to cancel your order a full refund will be credited to your original card details.

Delivery

We aim to provide a quick and hassle free delivery service. Our shipping charges are free on orders over £9.00. For orders under £9.00 delivery charge is £2.95.

We will endeavour to process, pack and dispatch within 48 hours, although this may not always be possible during busy periods. However, please allow 5 working days for the delivery of your Skibz.

Cancelling an order

In accordance with distance selling regulations you have up to 14 days to cancel your order; please e-mail info@skibz.co.uk if you would like to cancel your order. However, as we endeavour to dispatch all orders in 48 hours it may be necessary for you to follow the steps indicated in the Returns section.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the Skibz, in its original packaging, within 14 days to:

Upon receipt we will refund the price of the Skibz to your original card details or exchange it for another design depending on your instructions. Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage.

In our constant quest to develop our product, we would be very grateful if you could also enclose a note explaining your reason for return.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee

We hope that you will be delighted with your Skibz. It is extremely important to the Skibz team that every Skibz is manufactured to the highest standard. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your Skibz, please contact us immediately and we will process your query in accordance with your legal rights.

Legal Statement

Every care has been taken to describe our product accurately. However, using current technology inevitably some variations may occur due to natural defects.

We reserve the right to increase our prices.

Skibz Limited cannot accept liability for failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the wash instructions. Skibz Limited’s total liability due to a complaint arising shall not exceed the price of the order in question.

Protection

Skibz Limited are extremely proud of our simple, yet revolutionary new design of bib. Therefore we have invested heavily in, and registered, the trademark and the design in both the UK and abroad. We trust that you will respect this registered protection and do not attempt to copy the Skibz design in any way.

We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is knowingly provided by them through the completion of enquiry forms or e-mail. Examples of such information include: Name, Address, Telephone number, E-mail address. The information collected may be used to send you the information you have requested and to help us develop the site to be more useful to you. On occasion we may use any information you supply for direct marketing purposes, to inform you of news and special offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of receipt of direct marketing information you may do so using the contact details above.
